She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Fields and Reta Fields (Martin); and her sister Donna Westhoff. She is survived by: her daughter Erin Fields of Centerville, IA; her brother-in-law Jim Westhoff (Wanda) of Bloomfield, IA; and her nieces and nephews, Darin Westhoff (Janet) of Marathon, FL, Jody Seeley (Troy) of Fairfield, IA, Dana Wheater (Scott) of LaGrand, IA and Jason Westhoff (Joani) of South English, IA. She is also survived by great-nieces and nephews who she thought of as the grandkids she never had, and several cousins and dear friends.
