He was predeceased by: his sister Donna Ruth Catlett; and his sister-in-law Karen Catlett. He is survived by: his spouse Sandra Pierson; his sons, Tim Catlett, Amy Catlett of Maryville, MO, Jeremy Catlett and Tanya Catlett of Raymore, MO; his grandchildren, Logan Catlett, Hannah Campbell of Cameron, Dylan Catlett of Maryville and Taylor Catlett of Raymore; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Kerr of Wapello and Ron Kerr of Wapello; his uncle Robert Walker of Kirksville, MO; his aunt Bernice Zinsli of Fairfield; and his close friends, Darren Hodgen and Christy Hodgen.
