He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Bud" Foster and Frances "Tootie" Foster (Healy); and his brother-in-law Ed Kunkel. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Francis of Green City and Shane Foster (Erica) of Severance, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Ty Francis (Ruby) of Harris, Jordon Billington (Jade) of Green City, Casey Francis of Green City, Ali and Andi Foster of Severance, Kansas.; his great grandchildren, Ayden, Jada and Carson; and his siblings, Don (Pam Foster) and Kathy Kunkel of Mapleton. He is also survived by several nephews and one niece.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be given to the Green City Athletic Boosters Club.
