He is survived by: his spouse Doreen Lily Gatlish; and his children, Matthew Russell of Albia, Iowa, Joni Heath (Donald) of Pella, Andrea Blake of Schaumburg, Schryl Perlman (Daniel) of Chicago and Victoria Judith Lewis of South London, England.
