He is survived by: his parents, Peorly Lee and Zelda Belle Clay (Snyder); his spouse Katherine Ann McWhirter; his children, Diana Clay of Holts Summitt and Michael Clay of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Taylor Clay, Kirynn Clay and Tony Clay; his great grandchild Parker Lee Clay; and his siblings, Gerald (Jill Clay) of Green Castle, Juanita Young of Atlantic, Harold Clay, Viola Williams and Darlene Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
