He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleyhue Frazier and Genevieve Frazier; and his brother James Lee Dutch Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Frazier (Jacobs); his sons, Mark Frazier of Milan and Matthew Frazier of Green City; his foster brother Jerry Elliott of Reno; and his cousin Gail Smith (Frazier) of D'lberville. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
