He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnson Thomas and Esther Matheney Wayne (Wood); and his daughter Sherry Pauline Matheney. He is survived by: his children, Carri Mae Matheney of Virden Illinois, Jay Kelsey of Kirksville and Jim (Melani Kelsey) of Kirksville, Missouri; his grandchildren, Cameron, Laney, Brittany, Breann, Cohen, Bryce, Ashton, Allie and Auburey; and his great grandchildren, Eli, Charlie, Syler, Knox, Dax and Channing.
