He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Billington and Ellen Billington (Snyder); and his siblings, Wanda Dillard, Ivan Billington, Gary Billington, Ernie Billington and Gordon Billington.
He is survived by: his brothers, Larry "Red" Billington of Green Castle and Jerry Billington (Kathy) of Imperial, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
