Klingsmith; his niece Cindy Blankenship (Klingsmith); his parents-in-law, John and Josephine Crawford; his sisters-in-law, Rosella Robison and Rose Crawford; his son-in-law Bill Smith; and his great grandchild Macy Dee Rowland.
He is survived by: his wife Janet J. (Crawford); and his children, Tommy Rowland, Jr. (Bud), Bill, Debra J. (Rowland), Smith and Kathy L. Behrendt (Rowland).
