It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Daniel Phillips of Green Castle, Missouri, born in Kirksville, Missouri, who passed away on September 11, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Guy and Ruby Ilene Phillips (Boley). He is survived by: his children, Paxton Phillips of Kirksville, MO, Joshua Phillips of St. Louis, MO and Nakisha Phillips of Des Moines, IA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
