He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Miles Seidel and Verna Seidel (Lechner); his wife Patricia Seidel (Potteiger); his former spouse Hildegarde Seidel (Hower); his daughters, Linda Seidel of Kirksville, MO and Deborah Seidel of Seattle, WA; his stepchildren, Chaudene Michalek of Breinigsville, PA and Vincent Baker of Carson, IA; and his grandson Robert Seidel Costic of Washington, DC.
Richard D. Seidel, 93, died on July 26, 2019, in the La Plata Nursing Home in La Plata, MO, after a long struggle with Alzheimer's disease.
