He was predeceased by: his mother Violet Adams. He is survived by: his children, Cory Adams of Chillicothe, MO, Amy Adams of Bakersfield, CA, April Barton of Bakerfield, CA, Amber Eick of Oil City, CA, Ashley Adams of Arizonia, Siera Witham of West Plains, MO and Kiera Witham of West Plaines, MO; and his siblings, David Randall (Pam) of Smithville, MO, Dale Wilson of Peru, IL, Theo Sizemore (Rob) of Green Castle, MO and Therese Birmingham of Green Castle, MO. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be given to the family's choice.
