He is survived by: his wife Debi Phillips of Unionville; his sons, Earl Vaughn Phillips Jr. (Michelle) of Edmond, Danny Churchill Phillips of Del City, James Wren (Elena) of Midwest City and Michael Levins (Crystal) of Colorado Springs; his grandchildren, Earl Vaughn Phillips III, Elizabeth Phillips of Virginia, Benjamin, Seth Wren, Robert Wren, Orien Wren, Yoshua Wren, Tammi Tingley and Tamos Levins; and his sisters-in-law, Teresa Davis (J. C.) of Powersville and Brenda Bowie of Unionville, Missouri..
