He was predeceased by: his parents, James Shephard and Alberta Shephard; his brothers, David Shephard, James Shephard and Thomas Shephard; and his father-in-law Richard Pogue.
He is survived by: his wife Ferny Shephard of Gray Summit; his pet Bandit; his siblings, Paul Shephard (Dianne) of Gray Summit and Carolyn Smith (Ronald) of Krakow; his mother-in-law Mary Pogue of St. Clair; and his brother-in-law Perry Pogue of St. Clair. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other family and many friends.
