He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence William and Lucille Alida Mielke Ebert; his brothers, Lawrence and Kenneth Ebert; his grandson Drake Brown; and his great grandchild Akasha Gladney.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Brown (Dallas), Michelle Porterfield (Ken), Lucinda Young (Gary), Rebecca Scott (Todd), Clifford Jr. Ebert (Tasha), Laura Ebert, Loreale England (Torey) and Enneth Ebert. He is also survived by 35 grandchildren, and 27 great-grandchildren.
