She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Ward and Grace Carlton Ward; her former spouse Kelly Fowler Sr.; her husband Max Ledbetter; her children, Kurtis Fowler and Cynthia "Cindy" Jo Fowler; and her siblings, Jimmy, Carl, Wolford Ward, Irene, Maxine, Betty and Mary Jane.
She is survived by: her sons, Kelly Fowler Jr. of Marble Hill, MO, Karl Fowler of Indiana and Lenny Fowler Sr. of Winfield Kansas; and her sisters, Sibyl Nanney of Marble Hill, Missouri, Phoebe Crader of St and Carol Shell of Cape Girardeau, MO. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
