She was predeceased by: her grandmother Jolene Downing of Burlington Junction, Missouri; and her great-grandparents, Joe, Virgie Giesken, Gail Downing, Lawrence and Ailene Stark.
She is survived by: her parents, Tyler Stark and Valyssa Stark of Burlington Junction, Missouri.; and her siblings, Milena Grace, Jovey Ailene, Vivian Jayne and Tylee Jolene.
In lieu of flowers the family has set up a 'Jesus Loves the Little Children fund' to be able to choose yearly, on Vally's birthday, a Christ focused ministry to share God's love with the full intention being on babies & children.
