It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stefani Jo Spainhower (Grant City, Missouri), who passed away on July 27, 2019, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Sellers, Rubye Spainhower and Geraldine Cook. She is survived by: her pets, Reid and Clark; her parents, Jack Spainhower and Patti Spainhower of Grant City, Missouri; and her grandfather Jerry Cook of Allendale, Missouri. She is also survived by mom, dad and the dogs.
