He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Rush and Marie Rush (Lockhart); his wife Eileen Rush; his daughter Sue Ann Andrews; his granddaughter Tonya Fitzgerald; his great grandchildren, Ryder Rush and Blaklea Rush; and his siblings, Ted Rush and Ruth Oger.
He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Gibson (Daniels); his children, Gary Rush (Marcia) of Sheridan, Doug Rush of Grant City, Stephen Gibson (Kristy) of Kansas City and Sharon Olney (James) of Kansas City, Missouri; his siblings, Bill Rush of Torrington, Richard Rush of Guernsey, Wyoming, Kay Brown of Jay Em and Marilyn McKay of Grant City; and his friend Kenny Simmon. He is also survived by friends and relatives.
