She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elmo and Audra (Cook); her siblings, Benny, Bobby Woodard, Leona Payne and Helen Clark; her husband James Neff; her children, Robbie Neff and Janice (Gene Karr); her grandchildren, Jamie Neff, Caress Straight, Katelyn, Lindsey, Courtney and Cynthia Karr; and her great grandchild Charlie Karr. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and friends.
