It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kent E. Thompson of Grant City, Missouri, born in Chillicothe, Missouri, who passed away on April 27, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynden Thompson and Joyce Thompson of Grant City. He is survived by: his sisters, Karen Andrews (Jeff) of Grant City and Kathy McGrew (Steve) of Grant City; his nieces and nephews, Kendall Kobbe of Grant City, Katelyn Frisch of Grant City, Kyle Kobbe of Grant City, Claire Hobbs (Dylan) of Ridgway, MO and Tess Lane (Skylar) of Maryville, MO; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Camdain, Lucas, Bentley, Emmett, Gracee Frisch, Havok and Blaine Hobbs.
Memorials may be to the Kent Thompson Memorial Scholarship Fund through Worth County Education Foundation.
