With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Cottrell (Grant City, Missouri), who passed away on September 13, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Roy and Marzella Dessolee Auten (Mercer); her children, Johnna Dianne Cottrell and Randy Cottrell; and her brother Charles Auten.
She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Cottrell; her children, Lori Groom (Rex), Steve Cottrell (Kathleen) and David Cottrell (Cathy); her grandchildren, Kristi Yackly, Kari Cottrell, Hannah, Heath Groom, John, Nathan Cottrell and Kris Swanson; and her great grandchildren, Melody Frederick, Caleb, Nicholas Yackley, Jackson and Emery Groom.
Memorials may be given to the United Methodist Church, Grant City.
