He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie "Jack" Swinford and Eldora Mae Swinford (Weakley); and his brothers, Randy Lee and Kenton Paul Swinford. He is survived by: his children, Kyle Kelmel (Courtney), Blake Downing (Kara) and Matthew Downing (Briley); his grandchildren, Ilizabeth, Alivia, Molli and Wyatt; and his brothers, Mark Swinford (Twila) and Bob Swinford (Terri).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Laura Street Baptist Church (120 S Laura St, Maryville, MO 64468). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
