He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Owens and Hazel Owens (Cook); his siblings, Dickie, Andy, Beanie, Hal, Becky Gach and Carolyn Munez; and his grandson Triston Ackley.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Jennifer Fenimore (Brad) and Shawn Owens (Courtney); his stepchildren, Jennifer Staton (Carl), Jason Ackley (Julie), Kevin Ackley (Jenifer) and Pat Ackley (Amy); his siblings, Ted Owens (Betty), Steve Owens (Janet), Barb Stewart (Mike) and Kathy Overly (John); and his siblings-in-law, Roberta Owens, Sonya Owens and Tracy Gach. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
