He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edwin and Mary Catherine Allen (Booher); his wife Ruth Kobbe; his grandson Conley; and his sisters, Rosene Cook and Thelma Morris.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca, Roger and Rosemary; and his brother-in-law Ralph Kobbe. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
