She was predeceased by: her siblings, Gary Kobel, David Kobel, Ronnie Kobel, Dean Kobel and Sharon Spears.
She is survived by: her grandson Hunter Shane Dietzel; her children, Bryan Holm of Grandview and Jennifer Smith (Dennis) of Kansas City; her granddaughter Elizabeth Holm of Grandview; her siblings, Dale Kobel (Jean) of Lee, Robert Kobel (Stephanie) of Raytown and Lois Dick (David) of Raytown; her siblings-in-law, Charles Spears of Portage, MI and Danna Kobel of Lee; and also, Summit and Karen Gervais of Rosemount, MN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to alleviate funeral expenses.
