He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward E. Tarr and Lela F. Tarr (Kizer); and his spouse Barbara. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Littlefield, Christine Jones (Matthew), Barbie Todd (Mike), Rick Sprinkles (Loretta, Greg Sprinkles) and Edward Tarr. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
