She is survived by: her husband Brian Blackburn; her children, Joshua Blackburn (Ashley) of Savage, MN, Megan Blackburn, Rachel Blackburn, Tucson and Jacob Blackburn; her parents, Anna Mithelavage and Mick Mithelavage of Lee's Summit, MO.; her stepbrother Michael Mithelavage (Angel) of Surprise, AZ.; her sisters-in-law, Laurie Anderson (Bob) of Overland Park, KS and Christina Sabella (Accursio); her nephews, Eric of Overland Park, KS. and Ryan Anderson of Overland Park, KS.; her great-nephew Hunter; her niece Maddie Mithelavage of Surprise, AZ.; and also, Earl and Dottie Monsour of Gilbert, AZ..
