He is survived by: his mother Nancy Wagner of Grandview; his wife Victoria; his stepfather Jim Pater of Bates City, Missouri; his half-brothers, Adam and Andrew Wagner of Belton; his stepsiblings, Larissa Barnett of Grandview, Jamie Pater of Springhill and Crystal Davis of Lenexa, Kansas; and his sons, Victor of Lee's Summit, David of Lee's Summit and Josh of Lee's Summit.
