She is survived by: her spouse Sammie Rainey; her children, Terry Rainey (Deborah) of Independence, MO, Sandra Ellis of Overland Park, KS, June Matfield, Thomasine Spence (Bruce), Sherrie Jordan and Jacinda Rainey; her brother Jessie White of Benton Harbor, MI; and her siblings-in-law, Reola White, Augusta White, Ora Dee Parker (Atlas) and Henry Rainey. She is also survived by friends, many adopted children and grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
