It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Blaine of Grandview, Missouri, born in Hale, Missouri, who passed away on September 23, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Adams (Marie) and Mollie Adams (Baxter); and her stepbrothers, Kenny Whitaker and Dale Schelite. She is survived by: her husband Paul H. Wagner; her daughters, Kim Manson (Dwight) of Louisburg and Jana Garrison of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Amanda Dunn (Matt), Jessie Messerschmidt (Aaron), Audrey Goodloe (Josh), Shawn Garrison (Keysha), Shay Garrison, Ashley Blackman (Kyle) and Jamie Ballard (Scott). She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to your local homeless shelter or food pantry in memory of Joan.
