She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Edward Smith and Virginia Lee Peebles Smith; her husband George S. Lewis; her son Michael Andrew Lewis; her grandmothers, Kathryn and MamaGrace; and her siblings, John Edward Smith II, Laura Beth Foster (Reeder), Jerry Ann Nevill, Rachel Grace Reeder, Jeanne Reeder and Kathy Cooksey (Andy). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and great-nieces.
In lieu of, or in addition to, flowers, the family asks for donations be made in Evelyn's honor to the Johnson and Johnson Patient Assistance Program.
