She was predeceased by: her husband John M Stuby; her parents, William A. Evans and Barbara K Evans; and her brother William F. Evans. She is survived by: her children, Deanna K Melcher-Bair (Terry) and William R. Smith (Jeri Kay); her siblings, Kathy Evans and Mike Evans; her grandchildren, Leanna, Johna, Josh and Brandi; and her great grandchildren, Logan (Jordan) of Mariyah, AJ, Madison, John, Mileena, Jaelynn, Will, Naiya, Leilani, Oliver, Avree and Lincoln.
