He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Creason and Effie Creason (Lilly). He is survived by: his wife Gayle Creason; his stepdaughter Lisa Hatfield; his brother Jack Creason; his grandchildren, Tyler, Elijah, Sierra, Angelena, Elliott, A. J. and Andre; his niece Christy; and his nephew John Charles.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church or to Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care.
