She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph N. Tosser and Florence A. Albergucci (Stanley). She is survived by: her former husband Frank K. Gartner; her husband Charles G. Spradley; her children, Paul B. Gartner of Grandview, MO. and Robin L. Arnold of Independence, MO.; and her sister Gloria Zetmeir of Las Vegas, NV.. She is also survived by two grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
