We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2019, at the age of 76, Barbara J. Bullock (Grandview, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kincaid (Mary) and Janik; her son Thomas Turner; and her grandson Michael Jones. She is survived by: her children, Robert Turner (Bridgett, Washington, Michelle), Deana Niederholtmeyer, Rodney Ashburn, Pleasant Hill and Tracy Horvath (Robert, Washington); and her sister Susie Makler (Joe, Edwardsville, Ill). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
