He was predeceased by: his father James Harvey Dale. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Annette Dale (Whitwell); his children, Ashley Johnson (Doug) of Fisk and Douglas Dale (Kayla) of Grandin; his brother Craig Dale (Tonya) of Doniphan; and his grandchildren, Chloe, Zoey, Wade and Athena.
