He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Craven and Violet Maxwell; his brother Deryle Maxwell; and his daughters, Susan Flannigan and Lisa VanRossum.
He is survived by: his wife Marlena Maxwell; his children, Tisha Maxwell of Poplar Bluff, William Maxwell (Kayla) of Grandin, Rose Maxwell of Poplar Bluff, Sarah Raymer (Nathan) of Ellsinore, Matthew Maxwell (Tiffany) of Poplar Bluff, Dewey Maxwell of St. Louis, Rachel Thurman (Joseph) of Ellsinore, Tina Terrel (Charlie) of Tulare, Helen Collins (Joey) of Porterville and Theresa VanRossum (Robert) of Reno; and his sisters, Marjorie Humphres (James) of Tulare, California. and Judy Howton of Tulare, California.. He is also survived by his siblings, having one older brother, one younger brother, and two younger sisters, in addition to many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
