Gage III of Pittsburg, Kansas.; his stepfather John Rodabaugh of Pittsburg, Kansas; and his brothers, Troy Gage (Barbara) of Columbus and Jason Gage (Melissa) of Louisburg, Kansas. He is also survived by four nephews, two nieces and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
