He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Clark and Clytstia Clark (Hurlburt); and his brother Leroy Short. He is survived by: his children, Mia Gardner (Jonathan) of Lawrence, Erica Smith (Jeremy) of Joplin, Draven Clark of Granby, Tim Hines (Emily) of Neosho and Hoyt Hines (Tausha) of Granby, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Ava Hines, Morgan Hines, Shelby Hines, Abbigail Hines, Brooklyn Hines, Case Hines, Oscar Gardner and Ceclia Gardner.
