She was predeceased by: her fathers, Paul Eugene Bowers and Billy Jo Bowers (Stewart). She is survived by: her husband James Noble Kelly; and her pet Roxie. She is also survived by 30 foster children and is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
