It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jerry W. Walker of Granby, Missouri, born in Trenton, Missouri, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wade Eugene and Mary Kathryn Walker (Harris); his wife Bonnie Fitz; his children, Paula McCoy of Ft. Worth, Scott Walker (Jody) of Lawson and Lori Martin of Neosho, Missouri; his grandchildren, Daniel Martin (Tara), Zach Martin (Jenny), Brandon McCoy (Amanda), Kyle McCoy (Stephanie), Wade Walker, Amy Walker and Mattie Walker; and his sister Ann Schreffler (Gene) of Galt, Missouri.. He was also cherished by six great-grandchildren.

He volunteered with the Freeman Neosho Hospital Auxiliary, Neosho Bright Futures Program, and the East Newton United Foundation, where he was awarded a lifetime membership.
