He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Riley Carter and Ruby Jane Carter (Lamb); his wife Judith Marlene Renfro Carter; his daughters, Karen (Jack Davis), Susan (Brian White), Judith (Charlie Weaver) and Jennifer Carter Swift; his grandchildren, Jennifer, AJ Franks, Rebecca, Chad McCone, Elizabeth, Wade Schilling, Emily White, Clint Wyatt, Tyler, Carrie Martin, Sarah, Sean McNeill, Danny, Charlene Weaver, Alan Ryan, Travis and Krystal Weaver; his great grandchildren, Lofytn, Drew Franks, Penelope June Schilling, Hannah, Trenton Martin, Amelia, Charlotte McNeill, Dillon, Dalton, Danielle Weaver and Camden Ryan; and his aunt Jean Long of Salinas. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and friends.
