He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommie D. Miller and Effie Miller (McGinty). He is survived by: his children, Warren "D." and Jena Boyce (Kevin) of Nixa, Missouri; his sister Betty Wilson-Bray of Titusville, Florida; his grandchildren, Kullen and Kolton Boyce; his great grandchild Walker Boyce; and the mother of his children Emily Marks.
