He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Hawkins and Margaret Hawkins (Oliver); and his siblings, Beverly Coquillette of Webb City, MO and Charles Mike Hawkins of Granby. He is survived by: his spouse Thelma Johnson; his child Additional; and his grandson Pam Yost of Okeene, OK. He is also survived by ten granddaughters; and six great grandchildren.
