He was predeceased by: his brother Joshua Phillip Jackson; and his grandparents, Bill Jackson, Sherman and Geneva Moore. He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Jackson and Sharon Kay Jackson (Moore); his wife Helen Larsen; his children, Levi Joshua Jackson and Amelia May Jackson; his brother Jered Jackson (Sarah); his grandmother Phyllis Jackson; and his sister-in-law Sandra Jackson. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
