He is survived by: his children, Darren Cook (Gina) of Neosho, Chuck Cook (Betsy) of Granby and Amanda Cook of Granby; his grandchildren, Payton Cook (Tarah), Kayley Hutchens (C. J.), Emma Clymer (Elijah), Jackson Cook, Kaytlyn Cook, Luke Cook, Halle Cook, Sebastian, Joshua Litchfield and Brodie Litchfield; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Jessica, Christopher Hutchens, Raelynn and Elowyn Cook; and his brother Denny Cook (Gloria) of Crane, MO..
