She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lay and Lillie Lay; her siblings, Daniel Lay, James Lay, Jerry Lay, Kenneth Lay, Violet Gutherie and Glenda Birdsong; and her children, Donna Semore, Steven Thomas and Kathy Thomas.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Thomas of Granby, MO and Larry Thomas of Diamond, MO. She is also survived by her thirteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
