He is survived by: his former wife Katherine Martin; his wife Katherine "Kay" Stipp; his son Joey Stipp (Dawnette) of Granby; his brother Christopher Stipp (Kelly) of Carthage, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Lance Stipp, Zachary Branham, Megan Gregory, Eric Stipp and Rylee Stipp. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
