He is survived by: his children, Kelly Sue Siperek of Salamanca, NY, David Russell Givens, Moses Lake and Kristy Lynn Anderson; his wife Deanna; his stepson Dan Mishler of Neosho; and his sister Betty Ruth Nagel of Carthage, MO. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
